    Sales Manager

    Responsibilities:
    Summary

    • Work directly with management to drive sales plan, strategy and overall revenue target via all sales channels. Develop and implement monthly and annual sales plan. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing channel quotas; projecting expected sales volumes and profit for existing and new product departments.
    • Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors.
    • Manage, recruit and develop sales team on all channels.
    • Establish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition and supply and demand.
    • Create and sustain performance culture that consistently exceeds the expectations of all stakeholders (employees, customers, shareholders)
    • Implement robust and ongoing performance measures and reviews to drive strong sales execution.
    • Ensure on-going optimization of the sales function.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • BSc Minimum in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
    • 3-5 years of sales experience especially in organizations that drive growth in revenue, number of customers and lifetime value of customers.
    • Experience in retail sales strongly with advanced degree in business, technology or related field preferred.

    Influencer Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities:
    Summary

    • Leverage influencers in the ever changing new media landscape to win handbag customers and grow brand awareness. You must have a deep understanding of influencer (bloggers, media personalities, vloggers, brand ambassadors, advocates, and the likes) identification and activation across new media channels such as Instagram, Snapchat, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, etc. You must be able to harness the power of influencer marketing to grow the store’s footprint in the handbag space.

    Head of Sales and Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities:

    • The Head of Sales and Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the sales and marketing department to construct and accomplish business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff. He/She will be in charge of planning and ensuring the organization is aligned with a clearly defined and mutual strategy and operations.

    Qualification and Experience:

    • Bachelor degree in Business Management, Finance, Agribusiness, Production, or related subject is required.
    • Strong  knowledge of Finance [ ACCA will be appreciated]
    • Experience of about 5 years in a managerial position in a food processing/manufacturing company.
