Responsibilities

• Executing interaction design and visual design as a part of a multi-disciplinary team.
• Collaborate with product management, engineering and development partners to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals and experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
• Conduct user research and evaluate user feedback
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Proven UI experience
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique.
• Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail
• Solid experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, Fireworks, OmniGraffle, or other visual design and wire-framing tools

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
• Ability to present your designs and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Graphics Design, Art, Interaction Design, or related
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

We will hire an Operations Associate to help provide support to our customers, drivers and everyone in between. As part of the team, you will be providing top level customer service by managing the emails, phone calls and text messages that come in.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and dispatch

• Own the PR strategy and execution for the company across all regions & future international markets
• Define creative media solutions to raise mass public awareness of the company’s service offering
• Manage both trade & consumer PR across the business
• Manage existing PR partners / agencies
• Where appropriate build direct media relationships directly with key members of the media
• Monitor all PR channels and provide weekly coverage reports to the business

Requirements
