In addition to these pieces of content, the consultant will develop the training content and deliver the training to role models through a 5 day workshop.

If not based in Nigeria, the consultant will be required to travel to Abuja and to other locations in Nigeria as required.

      • Scan of existing Girl Effect brand content in Rwanda and Ethiopia to assess materials that align with Freedom Radio topics that could be adapted

      • Lead a workshop with girls to validate content
      • Finalise content based on validation workshop

Produce a script for young women recruited to the pilot to guide discussions with girls

      • Review existing guidelines and scoping work collated by Girl Effect on best practice for telephone guidance services
      • Develop the script based off the views girls share about what type of guidance is useful on the chosen pilot topics
      • Lead a workshop with young women recruited to the pilot of the draft script to validate ease of use, comfort and confidence with the script
      • Finalise the script based on validation workshop

Develop and deliver role model training

      • Work with the Nigeria team to logistically organize the training and participants (including the young women who are recruited as role models for the pilot)
      • Design the training agenda and sessions
      • Lead training sessions, together with support from the Nigeria team (facilitated with ISON on sessions to train the role models on the technology platform and the staff’s role in the pilot)
