    General Manager

    Summary

    • Oversees all aspects of Property Management in accordance with company mission statement, including, maximzation of financial performance guest satisfaction, revenue, occupancy and staff development within established quality standards

    Education and/or Experienced Required

    • Minimum of 10 years related hospitality management experience of which 6 years should have been at a managerial level
    • Minimum of Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management.
    • A certified Hospitality Administrator designation is preferred.
    • Conversational French would be beneficial.

    Assistant Front Office Manager

    Summary

    • Assist the Front Office Manager in the daily running of front office operations, managing the staff and the daily activities.

    Education and/or Experienced Required

    • Minimum of Higher National Diploma or equivalent in Hotel Management.

    • Check front office accounting records for accuracy and on a daily basis summarizes and compiles information for the hotel's financial records, tracks room revenue occupancy percentage, and other front office operating statistics

    Education and/or Experienced Required

    • Minimum of College, Diploma or University Degree preferred in Hospitality/Customer Service.
    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position as Night Auditor
    • Previous Front Office experience in a supervisory/management capacity in luxury Hotel required.
