    Architect II / Project Architect

    Job Summary

    • The Architect II / Project Architect plays a pivotal role in the design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects.
    • This position requires a strong blend of creative and technical expertise to lead projects from concept through construction.
    • The ideal candidate will manage design teams, oversee consultants, and serve as the point of contact with clients and contractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to high-quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities
    Design and Documentation:

    • Lead the development of architectural design concepts and translate them into detailed drawings and documentation.
    • Prepare and oversee the preparation of architectural presentations, working drawings, and construction documents.
    • Ensure designs comply with local regulations, codes, and zoning requirements.

    Project Management:

    Qualifications

    • Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, Revit (mandatory), SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.

    Salary Range
    N400,000 - N500,000 monthly (Based on experience level and projects handled).
