Job Summary

• We are seeking a skilled and passionate Cook to join our team
• . The ideal candidate should be able to prepare both local and continental dishes, maintain kitchen hygiene, and ensure timely meal preparation during lounge operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quality meals according to menu and guest preferences
• Ensure food presentation meets the company’s standards
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area
• Assist in menu planning and portion control
• Manage food inventory and report shortages on time
• Support the Chef with daily kitchen operations.

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum of 2–3 years’ cooking experience in a restaurant, hotel, or lounge
• Must be skilled in both local and continental dishes
• Good time management and multitasking abilities
• Must be neat, reliable, and able to work under pressure
• Must reside within or close to Lekki.

Salary
N150,000 monthly.
