Job Summary

• We are looking for vibrant, professional, and service-oriented Waiters to join our hospitality team.
• The ideal candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional dining experiences by providing prompt, courteous, and attentive service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat guests warmly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Present menus, take accurate food and drink orders, and deliver them promptly.
• Monitor tables to anticipate guests’ needs and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
• Handle billing, process payments accurately, and issue receipts where necessary.
• Maintain composure and excellent service even during high-pressure hours.

Requirements & Skills

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications.
• Minimum of 1 year experience as a waiter or waitress in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Smart appearance and well-groomed presentation.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork ability.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evening, and weekend work environment.
• Resides within or close to Lekki is an added advantage.
