Job Summary

• We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all operations of our lounge. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, effective staff coordination, guest satisfaction, and profitability while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant, bar, and kitchen operations
• Supervise and motivate all team members to ensure excellent service delivery
• Coordinate front and back-of-house activities to maintain efficient service flow
• Handle guest concerns professionally and provide prompt resolutions
• Track sales performance and develop strategies to increase revenue
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Monitor stock levels, approve restocking, and reduce wastage
• Prepare daily sales, expense, and attendance reports
• Lead staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with management on marketing initiatives and promotional events.

Requirements & Skills

• Interested candidates should possess an OND, HND, or Bachelor's Degree with 3–5 years’ experience managing a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality outlet
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
• Knowledge of POS systems, inventory control, and financial reporting
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Residing within or close to Lekki is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 / Month.
