Job Description

• We are looking for a skilled Associate Product Manager to drive product strategy, feature design, and end-to-end execution across digital platforms.
• This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, ensuring products are both innovative and scalable. The ideal candidate is analytical, creative, and comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, refine, and execute product roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
• Perform market and user research to identify new opportunities and guide product decisions.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-impact features.
• Monitor product performance through KPIs and optimize for continuous improvement.
• Support the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch and iteration.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in product management within the tech industry.
• Strong creative and UI/UX abilities, with an eye for product usability.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Proficiency in AI-based tools and modern productivity software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 Monthly.
