Completion and Well Intervention Engineer at CroxxTalent Limited Company

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Engineer with 2–3 years of hands-on field experience in completions or well intervention operations. This unique role requires a candidate ready to leverage their technical expertise in a dynamic commercial and client-facing environment, focusing on driving sales and ensuring smooth project execution from bid submission through closeout and invoicing

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Operations

• Program Support: Assist senior engineers in preparing and reviewing detailed Well Completion or Intervention Programs (e.g., wireline, coiled tubing, workovers), ensuring technical feasibility, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Data Analysis & Troubleshooting: Support the interpretation of operational data, well schematics, and logs to diagnose and troubleshoot well issues (e.g., scale, sand, leaks) and recommend technically sound solutions.
• Equipment Knowledge: Maintain a foundational understanding of various downhole completion tools (packers, flow control, safety valves) and intervention equipment specifications and performance criteria.
• HSE Compliance: Adhere strictly to company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies, integrating safe practices into all technical recommendations and procedures.

Technical Sales & Commercial Support

• Technical Sales Liaison: Act as the primary technical contact for the commercial team. Present the company's Completions/Intervention solutions to clients, clearly explaining technical specifications, performance benefits, and value propositions. (Prior sales experience is highly advantageous).
• Bid Support: Prepare and review technical content for tenders and bids, ensuring comprehensive alignment with client specifications and established engineering best practices.
• Commercial Administration & Tracking: Take ownership of critical post-sale administrative processes:
  • Purchase Order (PO) Follow-Up: Proactively track and follow up on client Purchase Orders to ensure they are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Invoicing & Payment Tracking: Coordinate with operations and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices following service delivery and track them through the client's payment system.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong professional relationships with client engineering and procurement teams to facilitate technical clarity and commercial progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Haves

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Experience:2 to 3 years of hands-on field experience in well completions and/or well intervention (e.g., wireline, coiled tubing, workovers).
• Technical Knowledge: Basic to intermediate understanding of well completion design principles, well architecture, and well control fundamentals.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective technical explanation and professional commercial discussions.
• Logistics & Organization: Proven organizational skills with an ability to manage, track, and administer complex documents (POs, invoices, work orders, service tickets).

Desired/Bonus Skills

• Prior experience in a technical sales, pre-sales, or account management role within the oil and gas industry.
• IWCF Well Intervention Pressure Control certification (or equivalent).
