    Treasury Sales Officer

    Responsibilities

    • Responsible for bringing borrowings (Deposit liabilities)
    • Maintain relationships with correspondent banks and negotiate banking services and fees.
    • Organize the treasury function for a daily summary report on inflows/outflows.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their financial objectives, and provide strategic advice and solutions.
    • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting treasury products, and provide informed guidance to clients.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Professional certifications are an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury sales or a related field within the financial industry.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, treasury products, and risk management.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical skills.
    • Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in relevant software and tools used in financial analysis and reporting.

    Commercial Sales Officers

    Responsibilities

    • Prospect, acquire, and meet the Commercial loan sales target.
    • Grow borrowings (Deposit liability) in line with the set target.
    • Act as a point of escalation for clients and client service teams, ensuring best-in-class service is constantly being delivered.
    • Complete KYC requirements within prescribed timeframes and ensure existing records remain current.
    • Identify market trends, industry opportunities, and competitive threats to formulate effective business development strategies.

    Qualifications

    • First Degree in Marketing, Economics, Finance, and related courses
    • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in commercial sales, Marketing, Sales, or Business Development associated roles.
    • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Strong understanding of commercial products/services and market dynamics
    • Proficiency in the MS Office suite.
    • Candidate must have good knowledge with a proven record in Credit/Risk Analysis, Aggressive persuasion, resilience, and negotiation skills.
    • Strong presentation, organizational, prioritization, time, and task management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, problem-solving, multi-tasking skills, and people skills.
