Chief Security Officer (CSO) at Sterling Pride Limited

Salary: ₦300,000 per month

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Chief Security Officer (CSO) to lead and oversee all security operations, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, visitors, and company assets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and supervise the security team, ensuring effective day-to-day operations.
• Develop, implement, and enforce security policies, emergency response plans, and access control procedures.
• Monitor security systems, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and prepare reports.
• Liaise with law enforcement where necessary and ensure compliance with security, health, and safety regulations.
• Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel while safeguarding company assets and confidential information.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminology, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a Chief Security Officer (CSO).
• Strong leadership, communication, investigative, and report-writing skills.
• Sound knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, risk management, and emergency response.
• Professional security certifications will be an added advantage.
