    Storekeeper / Inventory Officer

    Job Purpose

    • The Storekeeper is responsible for the effective management of inventory, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, while maintaining proper documentation and stock control in line with company policies and quality standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods, ensuring accuracy in quantity and quality.
    • Properly arrange and store materials in designated storage areas.
    • Maintain up-to-date inventory records using manual and/or automated systems.
    • Conduct periodic stock counts and reconcile variances.
    • Ensure proper labeling and tagging of all stored items.
    • Monitor stock levels and notify the supervisor of low inventory or potential shortages.
    • Enforce safety, cleanliness, and security in the store area.
    • Prepare and issue store requisitions as approved by relevant authorities.
    • Comply with company quality and hygiene standards for dairy products and materials.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Minimum of OND in Store Management, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-5 years experience in storekeeping, preferably in FMCG or manufacturing.
    • Knowledge of inventory control systems and stock management principles.
    • Good organizational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
    • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

    Sales Driver

    Role Description

    • This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Driver based in Lagos, Nigeria.
    • The Sales Driver will be responsible for delivering dairy products to customers, maintaining assigned trucks or vansin excellent condition, and ensuring timely and secure transportation.
    • Daily tasks also include interacting with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction during deliveries, and adhering to safety and company policies during driving and product handling.

    Qualifications

    • Proven Truck Driving skills with valid CDL driving licenses or equivalent
    • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for client interaction
    • Ability to correctly operate and maintain assigned trucks
    • Strong understanding of road safety regulations and local routes
    • Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision
    • High school diploma or equivalent qualification; experience in a delivery or logistics role is a plus.

    Dispatch Rider

    Role Description

    Assistant Finance Control Executive

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Assistant Finance Control Executive to support daily finance control activities, including sales reconciliation, bank and cash controls, receivables monitoring, and reporting.
    • The ideal candidate will assist in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and effective credit control across sales operations.

    Key Responsibilities
    Daily Sales Reconciliation:

    • Assist in reconciling daily cash and credit sales
    • Support real-time posting of sales transactions
    • Review and follow up on Business Development Executives’ (BDEs) daily account balances

    Bank & Cash Reconciliation:

    • Support cheque lodgments and monitoring of bank deposits
    • Assist in verifying payment accuracy and completeness
    • Participate in monthly reconciliation of depot float and bank accounts

    Receivables & Credit Control:

    • Assist in maintaining accurate receivables and customer ledgers
    • Support monitoring of customer credit limits and outstanding balances
    • Ensure proper documentation and GL postings

    Credit Customer Support:

    • Assist in compiling data for monthly credit customer reviews
    • Follow up on overdue invoices and pending payments

    Reporting:

    • Assist in preparing daily sales reconciliation reports
    • Support generation of weekly BDE open invoice and outstanding reports
    • Track and reconcile Shoprite and SPAR invoices

    Documentation & Compliance:

    • Check and file supporting documents for sales and payments
    • Maintain proper documentation for audit and control purposes
    • Ensure adherence to company financial policies and procedures

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines
    • 1–2 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or audit role
    • Basic understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
    • High attention to detail and good organizational skills
    • Willingness to learn and ability to work under supervision

    Added Advantage:

    • FMCG or distribution experience
    • ICAN/ACCA (in view or interest).

    Sales Representative

    Role Description

    • The Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of dairy products and generating leads to expand the customer base.
    • Key responsibilities include key account management, building and maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs sales & marketing activities aimed at establishing new customers & business opportunities.
    • Identifies relevant needs for product improvements by being up to date on industry trends, market demand, and competitors’ activities.
    • Contributes to team effort by achieving sales targets and goals set
    • Develops sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines and give advice on new lines based on the market trends.
    • Manages sales, client relations and customer base expansion.
    • Compiles, analyses and reports sales figures to senior management.
    • Collaborates with accounts management to handle customer accounts.
    • Collects and relays customer feedback and champions quick response and solutions for complaints.
    • Regular review of the existing services and make sure that the services are getting delivered on time.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Admin and any other related
    • field.
    • Minimum of 1-3years proven work experience as a sales executive.
    • Self-motivated and self-starter.
    • Good negotiation and persuasive skills.
    • Result driven & resilient.
    • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point).
    • Problem-solving skills.
