Dispatch Rider at Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL)

Role Description

• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Dispatch Rider based in Lagos, Nigeria.
• The Dispatch Rider will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations promptly and safely, maintaining delivery records, and providing excellent customer service.
• The role also involves planning delivery routes, ensuring the motorcycle assigned is in good condition, and communicating effectively with the dispatch team to address any challenges encountered during delivery.

Qualifications

• Valid motorcycle riding license and familiarity with Lagos routes
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain accurate delivery logs
• Basic knowledge of traffic rules and road safety regulations
• Physical fitness and ability to handle parcels of various sizes
• Experience in a similar role is an added advantage.
