The Role: Strategic Leadership on the Ground

• As a Senior Site Engineer, you will be the primary technical authority on our construction sites.
• You will take full ownership of translating complex designs into reality, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency are not only met but exceeded.
• You will mentor junior staff and act as a key advisor to project leadership.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership & Quality Assurance:

• Provide expert interpretation and execution of all project designs, specifications, and engineering drawings, serving as the final line of defense against errors and inconsistencies.
• Develop and enforce rigorous quality control protocols, leveraging your extensive experience to anticipate and mitigate potential issues before they arise.
• Lead collaborations with external consultants (structural, quality control) to ensure seamless integration and adherence to all technical standards.

Site & Team Management:

• Assume full responsibility for directing all on-site activities, including skilled trades, contractors, and laborers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and safety.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and site staff, promoting continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Serve as the central point of communication for all site-related matters, effectively liaising between field operations and senior project management.

Project & Resource Optimization:

• Exercise significant authority over the project schedule and budget, implementing strategic measures to optimize resource allocation, minimize waste, and ensure timely completion.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges, making critical decisions that keep the project on track.
• Prepare detailed progress reports and provide strategic insights to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.

Your Profile (Qualifications & Experience)

• A Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., COREN, PMP) is a strong advantage.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction project supervision,with a demonstrable track record of successfully delivering mid to large-scale projects.
• Expert-level proficiency in reading, interpreting, and implementing complex engineering drawings and specifications.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with proven experience managing diverse teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
• A strategic, forward-thinking mindset with a proven ability to solve complex problems under pressure.

Key Responsibilities
