The Role: From Vision to Reality

• As a Project Architect, you will be a central figure in our project delivery team. You will leverage your technical expertise and client-facing skills to guide projects and ensure our designs are executed with precision.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Technical Leadership:Lead the development of comprehensive architectural drawings and documentation remotely, utilizing cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., BIM 360, Revit Cloud Worksharing).
• Client Engagement & Project Acquisition:Partner with clients virtually to determine requirements and develop proposals. Strong virtual presentation skills are essential.
• Project Management & Execution:Prepare work contracts and manage project timelines remotely.Visit building worksites on an as-needed basisto ensure work aligns with architectural plans.

What You Bring to the (Virtual) Table:

• A professional Degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch).
• 5 years of proven experienceworking as an Architect.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Proven experience working autonomously in a remote or hybrid setting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsfor a fully remote environment.
• High proficiency with collaboration software(e.g., Zoom, MS Teams, Bluebeam).
