As Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for handling the financial operations and strategic financial planning for our Nigerian e-commerce business. You will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and compliance responsibilities, as well as ensuring solid financial management practices and assisting with corporate growth objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide strategic insights and financial recommendations to senior management to support decision-making and business planning.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
• Manage cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, and treasury operations to optimize cash utilization and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
• Monitor cash flow performance and implement strategies to mitigate cash flow risks.
• Develop financial models and scenarios to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Conduct financial analysis and sensitivity analysis to assess the potential impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes.
• Identify and assess financial risks, including market risk, credit risk, and operational risk, and develop strategies to mitigate risk exposure.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to financial risk management.
• Serve as a key liaison with external stakeholders, including auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certification (e.g., ACCA, ICAN) is preferred.
• Proven experience in finance management roles, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry. 
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations.
• Excellent knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements applicable to e-commerce businesses in Nigeria.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis techniques.

Our Brand and Marketing manager will play an important role in shaping our company's image and promoting its products and services to the target audience. This role involves strategizing, planning, and executing marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and brand management to achieve OmniBiz's objectives. This role will also involve collaborating with various departments to align marketing and PR strategies with overall company objectives. Core Deliverables: 

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy that aligns with OmniBiz's overall business objectives. 
• Develop and manage online marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. 
• Maintain and enhance our brand identity, ensuring it is consistent and aligned across all communication channels. 
• Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and customer acquisition. 
• Oversee the creation of high-quality content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and marketing collateral. 
• Ensure content is engaging and aligns with the brand's messaging and drives accurate brand awareness on product USPs. 
• Lead a team of marketing and PR team, providing clear guidance and support to drive exceptional performance. 
• Foster a collaborative and innovative team to drive company-wide initiatives that align with the vision and mission of the organization. 
• Liaise with the Supply team to curate personalized marketing campaigns to launch and/or promote new or existing products utilizing our digital platforms. 
• Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing and PR campaigns and make data-based decisions. 
• Provide regular reports to the executive team on the performance of marketing and PR efforts.

Key Performance Indicators: 

• Develop a compelling business case explanation video aimed at attracting additional partners.
• Execute a Lead Generation Campaign to acquire new prospects.
• Implement a comprehensive Brand Awareness Campaign to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate partner events to foster relationships and expand the network.
• Execute testimonial and marketing initiatives on social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
• Ensure the attendance of 40 distributors from designated locations at each event.
• Reach a minimum of 11,000 customers with Prime and OmniRetail benefits.
• Drive both Above-The-Line (ATL) and Below-The-Line (BTL) campaigns to achieve predetermined objectives.
• Activate at least 3,500 customers in the Lagos area.
• Achieve an 80% retention rate among Prime users.
• Activate a minimum of 1,000 primary and 500 secondary customers.
• Deploy ATL and BTL campaigns effectively to reach primary and secondary customer segments.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive asset financing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and financial targets.

• Proven experience in asset financing, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory roles, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and financing structures.
