Asset Financing Manager at Omnibiz Africa

As the Asset Financing Manager, you will create and manage asset financing solutions to help our e-commerce business grow and expand. You will be accountable for the following:

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive asset financing strategy aligned with the company's growth objectives and financial targets.
• Identify opportunities to support the acquisition of key assets.
• Conduct financial analysis and feasibility studies.
• Develop financial models to optimize the cost of capital and return on investment.
• Build and maintain relationships with financial partners, negotiate favorable financing terms, and structure and execute financing deals.
• Coordinate due diligence processes and legal documentation.
• Assess and mitigate the financial risks associated with asset financing.

Qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in asset financing, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial advisory roles, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
• Strong financial analysis skills, with proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Sound knowledge of financial markets, banking products, and financing structures.
