    Sales Executive – Healthcare

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, identify sales opportunities, and achieve revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the healthcare sector.
    • Promote and sell healthcare products/services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, pharmacies, and other medical institutions.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, procurement teams, and key decision-makers.
    • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
    • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements in line with company policies.
    • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
    • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer feedback to ensure high customer satisfaction.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM tools.
    • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, operations, and customer support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
    • Prepare periodic sales reports and provide insights to management on market opportunities.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
    • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, HMO, diagnostics, or health-tech services.
    • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry and its regulatory environment.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Strong presentation and business development skills.
