Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Runofeeds poultry feed products to poultry farmers, distributors, and agro-dealers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and farming communities.
• Provide basic product guidance and support to farmers on the use of poultry feeds.
• Organize farmers’ forums, field visits, and training sessions in partnership with industry bodies such as Poultry Association of Nigeria.
• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the company’s customer base.
• Prepare sales reports and provide market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Minimum of HND /B.Sc. in Animal Science, Animal Production, Agriculture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years hands-on sales experience, preferably in poultry feeds or agricultural products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for field sales.

Compensation

• Salary Range: N350,000 – N500,000 (based on experience).
• Housing allowance / relocation support may be provided.

Job Description

• Runoplast is currently recruiting a skilled and reliable Monolayer Packing Bag Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating the Monolayer machine used in packing bag production, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Monolayer packing bag machine
• Set up the machine according to production specifications
• Ensure proper material feeding and machine calibration
• Monitor output quality and reduce material wastage
• Detect and report machine faults promptly
• Carry out routine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an SSCE/OND qualification with 2-10 years experience.
• Previous experience operating Monolayer Machine Operator
• Basic mechanical/technical knowledge
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented and quality conscious
• Physically fit and willing to work shifts
