Responsibilities

• The following job description sets out the duties which you are to provide as a Sales & Career advisor.

• Educate & provide information to customers about IT courses that suit their career part.
• Ability to convince customers to enroll in IT courses.
• Answering inquiries and giving further information concerning IT courses.
• Responding to inquiries from customers on the courses that is being offered by the institute.
• Visit firms, organizations, schools, and companies for presentations on IT courses and career growth.
• Ensuring that IT students are comfortably enrolled and settled in their selected course programs
• Providing feedback from customers to Management
• Contribute to the team's daily sales goals
• Customer service skills.

Basic Requirements

• B.Sc. in Marketing & Sales/any related field (Must have completed NYSC).
• Min of 3 years working experience in the same job capacity
• Strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service
• Presentation skills
• Demonstrated selling skills
• Ability to maintain a professional carriage/decorum
• Great Convincing ability
• Ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and Goal Driven

 Responsibilities

• Deliver students the power of knowledge to keep them learned at each session
• Take responsibility to upgrade learnings of each student & the class
• Practice academic exercise to keep the students updated with practical applications
• Engage students with new, smarter & contemporary habits of learning
• Improve the output of each student so as to bring value to his subject specialization
• Appraise, improvise & update students with the best of subject acquaintance on regular basis.
• Conduct IT skills gap analyses
• Train students on curriculum as advised by the Institute
• Perform regular organization-wide trainings on system security
• Evaluate the effectiveness of each educational session
• Maintain updated records of training curriculum and materials

Requirements

• Must be a graduate.
• Minimum of 2 years teaching experience/training in relevant field
• Experience in Python, Java, JavaScript, React, R programming, Mongo DB, Programming in C, Dart, spring,C#,Cyber security, Hacking, Azure Architect Technologies, Network Administration, windows, Troubleshooting, CCNA, CompTIA A, CompTIA A+, Red hat
• Experience training in a Tech Educational system is an advantage
• Must be able to write and communicate effectively
• The ability to maintain strict confidentiality.2
