    Job Summary:

    • We are hiring a proactive Recruitment Advisor / Coordinator to support the organization’s staffing goals by managing end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles.     Key Responsibilities:

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with deep hands-on experience to lead our HR strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing human capital initiatives that align with organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement in a highly regulated, patient-centered environment.

    Site Engineer (Warehousing & Steel Structures)

    Job Summary:

    • We are seeking a competent and proactive Site Engineer with a minimum of 4 years' experience in civil construction, with a strong focus on warehousing projects and steel building structures. The ideal candidate will oversee daily site activities, coordinate with contractors and consultants, and ensure that all work is executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols.

    • Oversee and manage construction activities on site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, specifications, and safety regulations.
    • Supervise the erection of steel structures and manage all civil works related to warehouse construction.

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other construction-related software.
    • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
    • Ability to read technical drawings and interpret structural designs.
    • Willingness to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project demands.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with PEB suppliers or steel structure installation companies.
