Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver subject-specific lessons using creative, interactive, and student-centered teaching methods.
• Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans that meet curriculum objectives.
• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and provide feedback to students and parents.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes active learning.
• Maintain accurate and complete records of students’ academic performance and behavior.
• Participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary and co-curricular activities.
• Uphold school policies, ethics, and safeguarding protocols at all times.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant subject field (PGDE is an advantage).
• Minimum of 2–4 years teaching experience in a reputable school.
• Strong classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to students’ development and success.
• Proficiency in using modern educational technology and digital teaching tools.
• Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learners.
