    Senior Human Resources Manager

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Manager with deep hands-on experience to lead our HR strategy and operations across a multi-site healthcare network. This is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing human capital initiatives that align with organizational growth, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement in a highly regulated, patient-centered environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide strategic HR leadership to all facilities, working closely with the Executive Management Team.
    • Oversee and optimize HR operations: talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, learning & development, employee relations, and compliance.
    • Spearhead culture transformation, leadership development, and succession planning frameworks.
    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
    • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, HMO standards, and healthcare industry regulations (NHIS, HEFAMAA, etc.).
    • Lead HR digital transformation and analytics for workforce insights and forecasting.
    • Manage HR budgets and ensure alignment with organizational financial goals.
    • Build a high-performing HR team through coaching, mentoring, and robust development pathways.
    • Establish employee wellness programs, recognition frameworks, and grievance redress mechanisms.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, or related fields.
    • Master’s Degree or MBA in HRM or Organizational Development (preferred).
    • CIPM, CIPD, or equivalent HR professional certification.

    Experience:

    • 12+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role within the healthcare, hospital, or related clinical environment.
    • Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and HR strategy execution.
    • Expertise in regulatory compliance, HR analytics, and labor relations within healthcare settings.
