    Project Manager (Construction)

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion
    • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
    • Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
    • Prepare/review contracts, scopes of work, project documentation
    • Monitor progress vs. milestones; ensure safety, legal, quality compliance
    • Conduct site visits, manage change orders, risk, variations
    • Provide regular reports to senior management and clients; maintain stakeholder relationships.

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related fields
    • 10 ‑ 15 years of experience in construction project management
    • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
    • Strong leadership, communication, organizational skills; up‑to‑date knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, contract management

    • Design, implement, and monitor the Quality Management System and Risk Framework to meet JCI/ISO standards.

    Key Responsibilities
