    Mathematics Teacher

    Key Responsibilities

    • Plan and deliver engaging mathematics lessons in line with the curriculum.
    • Assess, record, and report students’ academic progress.
    • Use varied teaching strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
    • Prepare lesson notes, schemes of work, and teaching aids.
    • Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
    • Prepare students for tests, examinations, and competitions.
    • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and school activities.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Ed, B.Sc with PGDE, or equivalent qualification.
    • Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics.
    • Teaching experience at the junior secondary level is preferred.
    • Good classroom management and communication skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support the HR Officer in daily human resource operations.
    • Assist with recruitment processes, including receiving applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential staff files, both physical and electronic.
    • Assist with staff onboarding, documentation, and orientation.
    • Keep records of staff attendance, leave, and basic welfare matters.
    • Help prepare HR documents such as appointment letters, memos, and internal notices.
    • Support performance appraisal processes and staff development activities.
