Role Description

• The Digital Marketing, Growth & AI Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos, responsible for driving digital marketing strategy, growth initiatives, and AI-powered optimization across ICS Outsourcing’s brands and services. This role involves planning and executing data-driven digital campaigns, managing online presence and performance across channels, and collaborating with internal teams to support lead generation and brand visibility. The Manager will identify and implement AI tools and automation to improve campaign targeting, customer engagement, and reporting efficiency, while monitoring analytics to optimize spend and performance. Daily tasks include content and campaign planning, performance analysis, experimentation with growth tactics, stakeholder communication, and staying current with digital and AI trends relevant to the Nigerian and global markets.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in digital marketing strategy, performance marketing, and campaign management across web and social channels.
• Candidates should possess skills in growth marketing, funnel optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven experimentation to scale user acquisition and retention.
• Candidates should possess skills in AI and marketing technology tools, including automation platforms, analytics solutions, and AI-driven personalization or content optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in content development for digital channels, including copywriting, basic visual coordination, and brand-consistent messaging.
• Candidates should possess skills in data analytics, reporting, and the use of dashboards or BI tools to interpret metrics and present insights to stakeholders.
• Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field are beneficial.
• Prior experience in digital marketing or growth roles within professional services, outsourcing, or B2B environments is advantageous.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and project management abilities, with capacity to work cross-functionally and meet deadlines, are expected.
• Familiarity with the Nigerian business landscape and local digital platforms, as well as readiness to learn and apply emerging technologies, will be beneficial.
