    Office / Admin Support Personnel

    Job Overview

    • We are seeking a dynamic Admin support personnel to join their team. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of their dedicated team, to contribute to the growth and success of their store.
    • The Admin support personnel will be responsible for welcoming customers, coordinating deliveries, supporting business growth through creative ideas, and providing timely and exceptional customer services to boost sales.

    Responsibilities

    • Maintain a clean and tidied showroom and office area; Warmly welcome all customers, attend to them, and keep records of their details
    • Daily and weekly update of sales records, expense reports and inventory template with line manager supervision and operational data on the inventory sheet
    • Manage the DC inventory and reporting with e-Commerce Executive to ensure timely replenishment of low stock, all year availability of products and no lost product.
    • Promptly and constantly uploads of new products in showroom and on e-commerce platforms; (Jumia, and Konga)within 48hrs of product availability
    • Respond to all messages on Jumia and Konga platforms within 1hr, during working hours, and not later than 12hrs after COB
    • Shipping of ordered goods at e-commerce partners’ office within 24/48hrs of request- No cancellation to orders; Promptly collect all return orders
    • Coordinate effective and timely delivery of goods to customers, in cost effective manners though logistics companies.
    • Attending to clerical tasks, ensure proper and accurate book keeping, and filing of company’s documents: invoices, goods receipts, waybill, and all administrative records.
    • And any other task as assigned by your supervisor and management

    Job Requirements

    • Educational background: O'Levels (SSCE, NECO, WAEC)
    • Computer literate
    • Good communication skills, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
    • Teachable personality.

    Job Overview

    • As a sales executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue and delivering high-valued monthly targets for the organization by identifying potential customers, selling our services, and maintaining relationships with clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify potential markets and target audiences.
    • Generate and qualify leads from both businesses (B2B) and individual professionals (B2C).
    • Convert leads to sales
    • Conduct sales rounds and implement effective strategies to promote our consulting and training services.
    • Nurture and maintain strong relationships with both B2B and B2C clients.
    • Increase conversion rates and develop a robust sales pipeline by effectively presenting our services.
    • Actively participate in sales meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance sales strategies
    • Meet monthly sales targets by consistently close deals.
    • Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events to increase brand awareness.
    • Provide weekly sales and pipeline reports to keep track of progress.

    Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
    • NYSC Discharge certificate or exemption letter.
    • Minimum of 2 years of Sales or Business development experience.
    • Proven ability to close sales and achieve sales targets.
    • Demonstrated experience and a track record of success in sales.
    • Passionate and persistent with a focus on achieving sales goals.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in teams.
    • Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate the value of our services.
    • Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.
    • Knowledge of CRM systems and graphic design is an advantage.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience in selling services is preferred.
    • Effective problem-solving and negotiation skills.
    • Preferred candidate location: Ikeja and its environs
    • Only candidates with experience selling services are eligible
    • Service sales experience only.
