    • You will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the safety of our guests, the integrity of our financial reporting and the seamless delivery of five-star service.
    • In the absence of senior leadership, you hold full responsibility for the property.

    Key Responsibilities
    Leadership & Operations:

    • Manager on Duty: Act as the senior authority on-site, managing all departments (Front Office, Security, F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure brand standards are maintained.
    • Guest Experience: Handle late-night check-ins/outs with a focus on personalization, resolving any guest grievances with "above and beyond" solutions.
    • Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the overnight team, ensuring productivity and conducting briefings for the morning shift.

    Financial Integrity:

    • Oversee the Night Audit process, ensuring all daily transactions are reconciled, departmental accounts are balanced, and daily reports are generated accurately.
    • Verify room rates, tax postings, and credit limits to safeguard hotel revenue.

    Safety & Security:

    • Conduct regular "Life Safety" walk-throughs of the property.
    • Act as the Chief Emergency Response Officer in the event of fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security breaches.
    • Liaise with local authorities or emergency services if necessary.

    Communication & Handover:

    • Maintain a detailed Duty Manager Log of all nightly incidents and VIP movements.
    • Provide a comprehensive, high-level briefing to the morning Management Team to ensure continuity of service.

    Key Requirements

    • Education: A degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience: Minimum 5years of supervisory experience in a Front Office or Night Operations role within a luxury (4/5 star) environment.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera, Cloudbeds, or Mews. Strong command of MS Excel.

    Soft Skills:

    • Exceptional "emotional intelligence" and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
    • Polished grooming and professional communication skills.
    • Decision-making authority—the ability to think on your feet without immediate supervision.
