    Marketing Officer

    Job Responsibilities

    • Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients.
    • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
    • Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
    • Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
    • Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
    • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
    • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
    • Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
    • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
    • Identify and resolve client concerns.
    • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
    • Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
    • Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
    • Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.

    Skills / Qualifications

    • BA or HND in Marketing
    • 2 - 3 years of Sales and marketing experience
    • Ability to persuade and influence others.
    • Ability to develop and deliver presentations.
    • Ability to create, composes, and edit written materials.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
    • A professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
    • Work requires significant local travel to current and potential clients.
    • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule and occasional overnight travel.

    Operations Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop new business relationships generate and develop new income to an agreed annual target increased year on year in defined region, sector.
    • Generate creativity and deliver pre-defined sales targets.
    • Present ENL to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc
    • Responsible for own lead generation and appointment setting.
    • Be a representative of ENL at industry events and trade-shows in a professional manner and polished appearance typifying the ENL brand in the region of operations.
    • Create and be accountable for all client proposals, contracts and any further documentation, following ENL procedure

    Logistics Manager

    Job Responsibilities

    • Site Mobilization and de-mobilization.
    • Liaison with Community/stakeholders and ensure Site Access.
    • Ensure delivery of Materials & Resources to site according to approved Project schedules.
    • Ensure that all necessary Equipment/Facilities required by Personnel to work are available to enhance optimal performance of Staff.
    • Management of all Safety and Security Needs.
    • Income Generation from under-utilized Assets.
    • Vehicles/equipment and spares Inspection and approval before procurement and spares Stock Holding.
    • Clearing of imported goods within the reasonable and transportation to planned/agreed destination.

    Qualifications

    • B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering or related field.
    • At least 5 years of relevant working experience
    • Previous experience in a shipping company or pre-inspection agencies is desirable.
    • Professional Registration desirable.
    • Special courses in Logistics and Import clearance desirable.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and IT operated environment.
