Customer & Driver Operations Officer at Prodevs

Monthly Compensation: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000    

Reports to: Fleet & Driver Operations Manager

Role Summary

Own driver onboarding, documentation and day-to-day driver administration while supporting the operational relationship between ProTaxi and its driver network.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new drivers onto ProTaxi.
• Collect and verify required driver documentation.
• Coordinate licence, permit and compliance documentation with the compliance consultant.
• Train drivers on the ProTaxi platform and operating procedures.
• Manage driver records, vehicle assignment documentation and onboarding status.
• Handle driver operational questions and non-customer-service escalations.
• Manage driver communications and community channels.
• Support the Fleet & Driver Operations Manager with driver performance follow-up.
• Identify recurring driver issues and report trends to management.

Ideal Profile

2-4 years in onboarding, KYC, field verification, driver operations or community management. Strong record-keeping, communication and field coordination skills are required.
