Order Processing and Fulfillment Officer at Ascentech Services Limited

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Fulfilment Officer to manage the end-to-end fulfilment process, from receiving and processing customer orders to picking, packing, dispatching, and ensuring timely delivery.
• The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and verify customer orders accurately.
• Pick and pack products according to customer orders and company standards.
• Coordinate with riders, dispatch companies, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track orders and follow up on pending or delayed deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records of fulfilled, pending, cancelled, and returned orders.
• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock or out-of-stock items.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, exchanges, and returns.
• Inspect returned products and ensure proper documentation of returns.
• Ensure the fulfilment area is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Work closely with the sales, inventory, and customer service teams to resolve order-related issues.

Requirements

• Previous experience in order fulfilment, e-commerce, logistics, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with order/inventory systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
