What You Will Do

•  Conduct residential property inspections in Lagos.
•  Assess visible property conditions using Wego Inspect checklists.
•  Capture clear photographs, videos, and written observations.
•  Document visible defects and safety concerns accurately.
•  Submit complete inspection reports on time.
•  Communicate professionally with occupants, agents, and property representatives.

Requirements

•  A relevant degree or HND in construction, architecture, building technology, engineering, estate management, surveying, or a related field.
•  Strong attention to detail and good written communication.
•  A smartphone with a reliable camera and access to digital tools.
•  Familiarity with Lagos, particularly Lekki and surrounding areas.
•  Willingness to complete Wego Inspect’s training and assessment process.
