    Marketing Manager

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute marketing strategies for pharmaceutical products
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis
    • Manage product launches and promotional campaigns
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
    • Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
    • Identify new market opportunities and customer segments
    • Support sales teams with tools and training materials
    • Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
    • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
    • Generating new business leads.
    • Increasing brand awareness and market share.
    • Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports to management.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business administration, or related field.
    • At least three years' proven experience in marketing management.
    • Work experience in pharmaceutical marketing will be advantageous
    • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and channels.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proven track record in product launches and campaign management
    • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
    • Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and guidelines.

    Sales Representative

    Responsibilities
    Sales Representative:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and increase overall revenue
    • Selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
    • Provide product information and deliver product samples
    • Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
    • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
    • Provide exceptional customer support by answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process.
    • Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback

    Requirements and Skills

    • BSc Degree in Biomedical sciences, pharmacy, and related fields.
    • One or more years of experience in pharmaceutical sales
    • Excellent communication, negotiation and sales skills
    • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
