    Maintenance Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensure that Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Cooling Tower, Pumps is carried out frequently.
    • Supervise and ensure the Maintenance of Quality of water for production purpose as per required standard.
    • Implement Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Screw Air Compressor, with Daily Checks and readings.
    • Perform Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Diesel Generator- Battery condition, Daily Logs, Water & Diesel level.
    • Analysis & keep proper Records of Diesel Consumption daily and monthly.
    • Perform routine Preventive & Breakdown Manage the Maintenance of Fork Lift.
    • Maintain Inventory level in Engineering Department
    • Knowledge of 5’s, CGMP, and ISO.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in appropriate Engineering degree.
    • Must have between 5-10 years of on-the-job experience.
    • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Banking Relationship / Treasury Manager

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Getting the facility utilization position and prepare the report on limits Vs utilization on fortnightly basis.
    • Getting all the bank original statements at the end of the month for audit purpose.
    • Follow up on RTGS transfer/funds transfer – Treatment.
    • Follow up on telex copies for the bids that went through and forward to suppliers – Update the same in exposure sheet.
    • Coordination with Logistics team regarding insurance related issues.
    • Liaising with banks on account opening/closing.
    • Updates on any banking related changes and claim excess.
    • Drafting the bank guarantees and get the BG’s from banks and forward to the concerned.
    • Coordinating with other agencies like UBA Trustees, Jide Taiwo etc. as at when required.
    • Preparing the trade load forms and submission to banks.
    • Getting the debit advices from banks for the direct debits in the statement relating to trade transactions as at when required.
    • Going to banks personally for any issue to be resolved immediately.
    • Drafting all the correspondence letters to banks.
    • Highlighting any abnormalities relating to charges on trade transactions.
    • Responsible for all banking operations.

    Specification

    • Minimum Educational standard: B.Sc / HND in Accounting or Banking & Finance.
    • Must be a chartered accountant (ACA).
    • MBA will be an added advantage.
    • 8-10 Years’ related experience in banking operations.

    Project Manager

    Job Description

    Responsibilities:

    • Using sheets of various materials – plastic, glass-reinforced plastic, fibre-cement, galvanised iron or aluminium – which might be corrugated, profiled or coated in coloured plastic
    • Measuring the area for new cladding and calculating the number of sheets you need
    • Laying out sheets, measuring and marking them, shaping them and cutting them to size
    • Together with other team members, hoisting sheets up by hand, or by using a crane, and positioning them on the roof or wall
    • Drilling holes and using bolts to fix the sheets to the frame of the building
    • Sealing the joints between the sheets, to make sure the building is watertight
    • Inserting insulating material and fitting roof lights

    Requirements:

    • Great educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers
    • Proven working experience as a project administrator in the building sector 
    • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in building sector
    • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
