Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of the Tom Brown Supplementary Feeding Program (TB-SFP) in accordance with program guidelines and objectives.
- Ensure that beneficiaries receive the Tom Brown supplement as per the program’s distribution plan.
- Screen and identify eligible beneficiaries for the program, ensuring they meet the necessary criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of beneficiary information, including admissions, discharges, and follow-up visits.
- Provide basic nutrition education to caregivers and beneficiaries on the proper use of Tom Brown supplement and promote good feeding practices and hygiene among beneficiaries.
- Assist in the distribution of Tom Brown supplement, ensuring fair and timely distribution to beneficiaries.
- Monitor the distribution process to prevent any irregularities or issues and collect and record data on beneficiary attendance, supplement distribution, and any issues arising during sessions.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on program activities, challenges, and achievements.
- Liaise with community leaders and Tom Brown facilitator, CNMs to mobilize beneficiaries and promote the program and address any community concerns or issues related to the program if necessary/report to your supervisor.
- Work closely with other program staff including Tom Brown facilitator, CNMs, to ensure the smooth operation of the SFP.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to program planning and improvement.
- Supervise the vendor\'s storage and handling of Tom Brown supplement, ensuring proper stock levels and storage conditions.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Nursing, Health Education or a trained community health worker certificate.
- Three years, minimum, of experience working in nutrition programmes within government or NGO setup.
- Ability to cope and work under pressure in the field site.
- Good oral and written English as well as local languages (Kanuri, Hausa, is an added Advantage).
- High flexibility and ability to work without close supervision.
- Ability to work for long hours especially in hard-to-reach locations within facility catchment areas.

Job purpose:
The post holder is responsible for the planning and implementation of comprehensive package of CMAM and Tom Brown program in the assigned location in collaboration with the Nutrition Project Manager, as well as the Health and Hygiene and sanitation staff in the location.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support facilitators/health workers to refer severe acute malnutrition among children under five and pregnant and lactating mothers according to the Ministry of Health Nigeria IMAM guidelines.
- Ensure that Facilitators are supported with equipment, reporting tools and other logistical needs necessary for screening, management and referral of malnutrition among the targeted beneficiaries
- Strengthen the linkages between community-based health structures for early case identification, referral and management of Severe Acute Malnutrition.

Qualifications
- Education Professional with a B.A./B.Sc Ed. and or master’s degree in education or equivalent.
- Experience in managing integrated programmes across different thematic areas such as education, child protection, child rights governance, disaster risk reduction and climate change.

- At least 5 years of accrued working experience in program implementation with a minimum of 3 years in a management level position in an international NGO.

Job Purpose
The Project Manager will oversee the activities, Administrative, HR and Logistics component of the project, ensuring operations quality, strategic programming and planning, as well as strategic growth and strong external and internal representation and advocacy.
S/he must be able to motivate and lead a diverse staff as well as effectively oversee the activities, budgets and partnerships.
Main Responsibilities and Tasks:
Promote beneficiary participation of IDP communities.
- Ensure collaboration with the relevant CCCM/Shelter actors in the planning, development of sites, ensuring that site design support protection and assistance of men, women, boys and girls;
- Ensure regular site needs assessment and gap analysis are conducted with all CCCM/Shelter stakeholders in the camps;
- Collaborate with M&E department in the development of assessment tools and reporting about CCCM/SHELTER program related activities
- Develop and update agreed response strategies for the camps/ Communities, including “exit”/transition strategy for site closures and action plans for the cluster and ensuring that these are adequately reflected in overall country strategies.
- Support Camp Management staff to conduct contingency planning based on worst-case and most likely scenarios in terms of population movements;
- Prepare project procurement plans and order for materials in a timely manner.
- Responsible for planning, implementing, following-up and supervising SHI assessment, verification, shelter, construction and NFI activities.

The post holder is also in charge throughout the project life cycle, this involves effectively managing and reporting on the projects in line with its specific scope, schedule, resources, quality, risks, representation, coordination and contractual requirements. Responsibilities:
TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO PROGRAM DESIGN AND IMPLEMENTATION:
- Ensure quality and timely field-level implementation of the Nutrition/Health program against set objectives, targets, and work plans.
- Ensure effective implementation of Tom Brown Supplementary Feeding Program (TB-SFP) across LGAs of intervention.
- He/she will work with the technical advisor to provide technical assistance as well as supportive monitoring and evaluation of Tom Brown Supplementary Feeding Program (TB-SFP) activities.
- Draft supervision guidelines to ensure quality delivery of Outpatient treatments for SAM and MAM in children under five years of age
