    Accountant

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Procurement of electricity tokens for 350+ telecom sites.
    • Accurately track, record, and report all token-related expenses. 
    • Organize and verify token receipts and site photographs. 
    • Prepare and submit invoices with supporting documentation (receipts, photos, 
    • summaries) to the telecom company. 
    • Record daily financial transactions and ensure accuracy in ledgers and journals.
    • Maintain accounts payable and receivable; perform bank and ledger reconciliations. 
    • Process payroll, staff claims, and statutory deductions. 
    • Monitor and report on cash flow and budgeting performance. 
    •  Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
    • Ensure accurate and timely monthly filing and remittance of all applicable taxes, 
    • including: 
    •    Value Added Tax (VAT) 
    •    Withholding Tax (WHT) 
    •     Pay-As-You-Earn (PAYE) 

         Pension contributions 

          Industrial Training Fund (ITF), NSITF, and other statutory deductions 

    • Liaise with tax authorities and ensure full compliance with local tax laws.
    • Maintain strong internal control systems and financial policies.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

    Person Specification

    • Bachelor’s Degree /HND in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Professional certification (e.g., ICAN, ACA, ACCA) is highly desirable. 
    • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience, preferably in engineering or telecoms. 
    • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Zoho) and Microsoft  Excel. 
    • Knowledge of Nigerian tax laws and statutory compliance. 
    • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. 
    •  High level of integrity and attention to detail.

    Senior Accountant (Revenue Operations)

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations across various revenue and balance sheet accounts.
    • Analyze monthly financial results, variances, and trends across business units, segments, and regions; investigate discrepancies and provide insights.
    • Develop, monitor, and analyze KPIs and reporting metrics for revenue operations.
    • Collaborate with the Global Business Services (GBS) team to automate, streamline, and review accounting processes.
    • Partner with financial statement line-item owners and cross-functional stakeholders (Finance, Operations, Product, etc.) to ensure accurate reporting.
    • Lead and execute process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance scalability and efficiency.

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey key information clearly to partners and stakeholders.

    Direct Sales Agents

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Actively source and onboard new customers within assigned locations.
    • Promote and sell bank products, including account openings, card issuance, and product activations.
    • Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
