Direct Sales Agents at First Excelsia

Job Responsibilities:

• Actively source and onboard new customers within assigned locations.
• Promote and sell bank products, including account openings, card issuance, and product activations.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets and performance goals.
• Track daily sales activities and submit performance reports to the supervising officer.
• Provide accurate information on products and services to prospective and existing customers.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and referrals.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor offerings and customer needs.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Accurately document customer details and sales transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date sales records and customer interactions.

Person Specification:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail banking or sales.
• B.Sc./HND/OND
• Strong communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and work independently.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven and self-motivated
•  Prior sales experience is an added advantage
