    Social Media Manager/Content Creator

    DIPSY Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited invites applications to fill the position of Social Media Manager/Content Creator in Sango-Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria.  

    Dipsy Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited is one of the largest manufacturers of fiberglass in Nigeria with the future prospect of extending its territories beyond Nigeria. DIPSY Fiberglass Manufacturing Limited has the highest and largest selection of fiberglass planters which is distinguished by the hardness, high durability, air resistance and high temperature to maintain soil moisture. We are expert at providing you with the right fiberglass planters while you work on your commercial project, enhance your landscape, build a garden, redecorate your homes or set up a recreational area.

    We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager / Content Creator to manage our social media presence, engage our audience, and build our brand through compelling content. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing content strategies, managing social platforms, and increasing brand visibility and audience engagement across all digital channels.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
    • Create original, high-quality content (images, videos, reels, graphics, captions, blog posts) tailored for different platforms.
    • Manage daily operations of all social media accounts — scheduling, posting, and responding to comments and messages.
    • Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and strategy (reach, engagement, followers, conversions, etc.).
    • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and innovative.
    • Plan and manage content calendars to ensure consistent posting and messaging.
    • Engage with followers and online communities to build a loyal audience and enhance brand reputation.
    • Run and optimize paid social media ads (if applicable).
    • Assist in the development of brand voice and visual identity across all digital content.
    • Handle influencer outreach and collaboration, where necessary.
    • Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Educational Qualifications 

    • The candidate should have minimum of a Bachelor degree in Marketing, English, Journalism or related field with two (2) years relevant experience.

    Competencies Expected  

    • Proven experience as a social media manager, digital content creator, or similar role.
    • Strong portfolio of content (graphics, reels, videos, campaigns, etc.) you’ve created.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in content creation tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, InShot, or similar.
    • Solid understanding of social media analytics, tools, and platform algorithms.
    • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and storytelling.
    • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

    Job Locations: Sango-Ota, Ogun State.

    Work Schedule: Hybrid

    Salary: #150,000

    Field Marketers

    We are looking for field marketers who will implement marketing strategies and promoting our products awareness in designated geographical areas. This position involves a combination of direct customer interaction, event management, and on-the-ground marketing efforts to drive engagement and meet organizational goals.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to generate new prospects and improve client retention. 
    • Increase sales and profits by driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interactions with consumers.
    • Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring that the brand image is consistently presented in line with corporate guidelines. 
    • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure successful event outcomes.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the community.
    • Perform any other job-related duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

    Educational Qualifications

    • The candidate should have at least, a BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience. 

    Competencies Expected:

    • Proven experience in marketing, sales, or related roles, preferably in a field-based or customer-facing capacity.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse audiences.
    • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
    • Familiarity with marketing techniques, principles, and tools, including digital marketing and social media.

    Reward System

    • Salary: #150,000/month

    Duty Location: Sango-Ota, Ogun State.
