Job Summary

• To manage customer accounts, ensure a satisfactory customer experience and to manage customers’ debt profile, ensuring that all receivables are fully collected as at when due.

Responsibilities
The Job responsibilities include without limitation, the following:

• Ensuring collections from each customer’s account during the lease tenor and ensuring repayments are made at the agreed time.
• Communicating (via call or text) with all debt customers that fall within the officer’s portfolio in respect of weekly repayments.
• Visiting non-performing (debt) customers for quick intervention and rec
• Identifying and escalating cases of payment default for immediate repossession
• Conducting routine visits to newly added customers to ensure close relationships and engagements.
• Notifying customers of changes to policy and other relevant updates affecting their portfolio in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that all customers within the officer’s portfolio are engaged professionally and satisfactorily.
• Performing all other sales and marketing tasks that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Graduate (B.Sc) Degree or HND in any field.
• Having 3 years field work experience.
• Experience working as loan collection officer is desired.

Job Description

• Correction of SugarCRM customers records.
• Identifying all customers who have completed payment and reconciling their records with Quickbooks, to update accordingly on the CRM
• Auditing each customer contract with CRM records to ensure accuracy of all KYC information presented.
• Auditing each customer loan amount with disbursed amount from Bank Statement
• Uploading all customer documents on each CRM profile by Scanning and saving all customer documents.

Requirements

• Must be a graduate (B.Sc / HND)
• You must have agood personal working Laptop
• A Smartphone with Hotspot connectivity

Other Functional Skills:

• Must have prior experience in data entry and database management
• Must have good communication especially reading and writing skills
• Typing speed not less than 60 words per minute
• Must be attentive to detail and not make errors in the course of work
• Basic auditing skills to quickly point out and identify errors/ inconsistencies
• Must have prior knowledge of CRM softwares specifically Sugar CRM and Hubspot
• Must have good working knowledge of Business IT Softwares specifically Quickbook
