    Zonal Manager

    The candidate will have the following duties;

    • Responsible for the achievement of the zone primary sales and depletion targets during the financial year.
    • Managing the performance of the respective route to market partners. This includes stock management and stock delivery to modern retail as well as payments due to MDN.
    • Responsible for MDN brands growth across the zone
    • Managing the performance of the sales force to achieve KPI’s.
    • Provide leadership to the team, support the recruitment and capacity development of the sales force within the zone.
    • Build and develop mutually beneficial relationships with customers, distributors and other stakeholders
    • Manage distributor stock cover ensuring no incidence of out of stock – OOS.
    • Timely reporting using the proprietary application to capture critical sales information vital for effective decision making.
    • Support market intelligence functions
    • Implement Marketing initiatives to drive sales and promote brand visibility

    Qualification & Experience;

    • First Degree or Higher National Diploma (minimum of lower credit) from a recognized higher institution.
    • Post-graduate/Professional Qualification would be an added advantage
    • Minimum 5-year Sales experience preferably in the in Wines & Spirits (FMCG) Industry

    Area Sales Manager

    The candidate will have the following duties;

    • Execute Distributor strategy and plan by driving sales to retail trade from Distributors
    • Seek new retail clients within Sales Area
    • Seek new opportunities for growth and make proposals to Zonal Manager & Commercial Executive.
    • Prospect and recruit new distributors where necessary (Gap area).
    • Approve and ensure proper deployment and management of Chillers, Promotional Items and other trade infrastructures within the assigned Sales Area in line with approved strategy.
    • Supervises activities of the Cash Crusader to ensure effective and efficient coverage of the routes
    • Ensure effective execution of all promotions/activations within the Sales Area, ensuring maximum brand visibility, engagement, ROI etc.
    • Ensure all routine reports and data are uploaded in line with agreed timelines and accurate.
    • Attend weekly sales productivity meetings and other meetings as required.

    Qualification & Experience

    Sales Rep (Cash Crusader)

    • To manage and develop within the focus channel, customers’ account, generate orders; Maintain long term business relationship and create a profitable impact to the customers business as well as that of MDN with the aim to sell as much as possible from the distributor assigned.

    The candidate will have the following duties and responsibilities;

    • To primarily sell MDN’s range of alcoholic beverages by educating and creating awareness to prospective customers and to achieve set targets within specified period.
    • To build and maintain solid business relationships with customers to ensure future sales.
    • Ensure the adequate utilization of MDN’s brand assets to increase brand awareness.
    • Ensure MDN brand penetration and product visibility within the coverage territory.
    • Generate leads, develop, and manage a robust customer database for MDN’s brands.
    • Contribute to market intelligence, monitor, and provide timely reports on customers’ needs, feedback, competitors’ activities, activations, promotions, and pricing.
    • Timely reporting of sales and activities using the MDN’s proprietary application/software.
    • Support market activations and all other marketing/promotional initiatives
    • Keep abreast of MDN’s best processes & procedures, and promotional trends and carry out as and when due.

    Our ideal candidate must have,

    • A tertiary qualification; HND, bachelor’s degree from a reputable institution
    • Excellent Interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation
