    Business Development Manager

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our business growth efforts in the electro-mechanical equipment industry.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and building relationships with key clients and partners.

    Key Responsibilites

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and increase market share.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing in the electro-mechanical equipment industry.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth, increasing sales, and expanding market share.
    • Strong understanding of the electro-mechanical equipment industry, including market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other business productivity tools.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
    • Professional certifications, such as Certified Business Development Professional (CBDP) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
    • Experience working in a multinational company or a company with a global presence.
