Sales Representation at YSG Chicken Co Nig Ltd

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We’re hiring a polite, smart, and customer-friendly Sales Representative to handle our Point of Sale (POS), attend to customers, and support daily sales operations at YSG Chicken Co. You’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth transactions and a great customer experience—online and in-store.You will be working from our retail outlet in Akobo and Akure 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate the POS machine and ensure accurate daily sales records
• Attend to walk-in customers, take orders, and respond to inquiries professionally
• Promote YSG Chicken products and encourage repeat purchases
• Handle cash/card transfers and confirm payments properly
• Maintain a clean and organized sales/serving area
• Support stock monitoring and report low stock when necessary
• Work closely with the team to ensure quick and efficient service

REQUIREMENTS:

• SSCE/OND qualification (minimum)
• Ability to operate POS and handle basic calculations
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Honest, punctual, and well-presented
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets
• Previous experience in a food or retail outlet is an added advantage
