    Job Summary

    • To provide safe, timely, and professional transportation services for staff, visitors, consultants, and stakeholders while demonstrating high ethical standards, professionalism, and strong customer service orientation in alignment with organizational values.

    Job Details

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Safely transport bank staff, executives, and authorized personnel to official assignments.
    • Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off in line with approved schedules.
    • Maintain strict confidentiality of bank operations, staff movements, and sensitive information.
    • Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
    • Ensure timely servicing, preventive maintenance, and prompt reporting of faults.
    • Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and other required documentation.
    • Ensure all vehicle documents (insurance, registration, road-worthiness) are valid at all times.
    • Strictly comply with road safety regulations and the bank’s security policies.
    • Practice defensive driving and promptly report incidents in line with bank procedures.
    • Provide logistical and administrative support as assigned by the Head of Administration or designated authority.

    Requirements

    JOB REQUIREMENTS

    • Education: Minimum: SSCE
    • OND/NCE is an added advantage 
    • Certification: Valid Driver’s License (appropriate class) & Clean driving record
    • Experience: Minimum of 5 years professional driving experience.

    Graphic Artist / Designer

    Job Summary

    • Graphic Artist provide support to visual communication needs and services. Create graphic design according to the guidelines in order to achieve the desired brand promotions objectives of the bank Bring design thinking into the corporate image content and analyse and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  To create the organization’s internal visual and graphic designs
    • To ensure visual conformity and standardization of the Bank’s corporate communication materials
    • To conceptualize and visualize top-rated graphic illustrations for the Bank’s internal communication and in some cases external communication drive
    • Coordinate all major print production work for the bank ensuring that design and print quality is reflective of the Bank’s personality and standard and adhering to the corporate identity guidelines.

    • Conceptualize new ideas to drive traffic on social media
    • Oversee the management of stationaries in the unit

    • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement various employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance motivation and morale. This includes organizing team-building activities, recognizing employee achievements, and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture. 
    • Employee Surveys: Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the work environment and identify areas for improvement. Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for action. 
    • Recognition Programs: Design, develop, and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions. 
    • Team Building Activities: Plan and execute team-building activities and events to foster camaraderie, collaboration, and communication among employees. 
    • Communication: Effectively communicate HR updates, policies, and other important information to employees through various channels, ensuring transparency and clarity. 
    • Culture Building: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with LAPO Microfinance Bank's values. 
    • Motivation and Engagement: Create a motivating work environment by implementing strategies that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and a sense of belonging. 
    • Exit Management: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their experience and identify areas for improvement. Ensure a smooth and professional exit process, including the issuance of discharge certificates. 
    • Internal Correspondence Management: Manage internal correspondence related to employee matters, ensuring timely and accurate communication. This includes handling People & Culture-related letters, memos, and other documents.
    • Other duties as assigned by the Lead, People & Performance Management.

    Requirements

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    •  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
    • Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee engagement and culture.
