Job Brief

• We are looking for a Account Officer to take charge of our company’s financial accounting operations. The ideal must candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounts activities, bank reconciliations, accounts payable& accounts receivable and various finance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform various, financial analysis using company financial record
• Oversee preparation and planning of budgets & forecast manage accounting ledger
• Maintain financial records for all daily transaction
• Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly financial record
• Manage company payroll

Requirements

• An HND or B.Sc minimum educational requirement
• 1-2 years minimum experience
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
• Experience using financial software
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
