Finance Officer at Hello Energy

Job Brief

• We are looking for a Finance officer to take charge of our company’s financial accounting operations.
• The ideal must candidate demonstrates interest in managing accounts activities, bank reconciliations, accounts payable& accounts receivable and various finance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform various, financial analysis using company financial record.
• Oversee preparation and planning of budgets & forecast manage accounting ledger.
• Maintain financial records for all daily transaction.
• Monitor all bank deposits and payments.
• Prepare weekly, monthly & quarterly financial record.
• Manage company payroll.

Requirements

• HND or B.Sc minimum educational requirement.
• 1 - 2 years minimum experience.
• Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures.
• Experience using financial software.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong ethics, with an ability to manage confidential data.
