Accounts Clerk at Crovation Limited

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, be familiar with Sage Accounting Software, possess good data entry skills, and be willing to learn and grow within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Enter accounting data into Sage Accounting Software.
• Maintain organized financial records and filing systems.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Prepare simple financial reports as required.
• Support the Finance and Administration team with routine accounting tasks.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Sage Accounting Software.
• Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
• Fast and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team.
• Previous accounting experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
