Account Executive at Puffin Group LTD

Key Responsibilities 

• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
• Support Finance Officer in monitoring cash flow, expenses, and general financial activities
• Recording customer payments
• Monitoring outstanding invoices
• Following up on overdue payments
• Reconciling customer accounts
• Supporting the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assisting with statutory filing, remittances and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations
• Supporting accounting compliance by maintaining accurate financial records and adhering to relevant accounting standards and company policies
• Assist during internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Support budget tracking and expenditures to ensure effective cost control
• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments on financial matters
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Min Qualification: 

• B.Sc. Accounting/Finance
• Relevant certification will be an added advantage
