    Call Center Officer

    Job Description

    • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls or media correspondence in a timely manner.
    • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
    • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued.
    • Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services.
    • Building lasting relationships with clients and other call center team members based on trust and reliability.
    • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and diffusing angry clients, as needed.
    • processing forms, orders and applications requested by the customers.
    • Identifying, escalating priority issues and reporting to the high-level management.
    • Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
    • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

    Requirements

    • 1 - 2 years of experience as a Call Centre Agent
    • Minimum of a HND or BSc in sciences, Management, or related field
    • Emotionally Intelligent and culturally sensitive
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Highly motivated, dynamic, and customer-oriented with the ability to thrive in a competitive and ever-changing environment.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines efficiently.

    Front Desk Officer

    Job Description

    • Co-ordination of Reception, waiting areas to ensure suitable environment and ambience.
    • Co-ordination of Guest Relation duties and activities
    • Client registration – collect and input all necessary data from the client.
    • Accept the client’s mode of payment in line with company policy, collect and register the client’s payment.
    • Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
    • Politely guide the client in the direction of the procedure/examination paid for.
    • Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient record in expected format.
    • Ensure usage of checklist and proper check-out
    • Feedback management: Monitor administration of forms and submission.
    • Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
    • Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
    • Address customer complaints and escalate to Branch operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager
    • Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standard.
    • Maintain registration flow by efficiently moving patients through the process.
    • Interacts with patients by answering questions, providing information, and keeping the reception area in order.
    • Maintains general filing system and files appropriate correspondence electronically or manually.
    • Responsible for report generation and dispatch in support of departmental goals and objectives.
    • Ensure accurate product knowledge to guide and provide relevant and timely information to clients.
    • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
    • Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by line manager.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc in Management Science or similar fields.
    • Minimum of one year experience in similar job role.
    • Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.

    Corporate Sales Executive - Diagnostics

    Job Description

    • Responsible for total corporate sales results for the region.
    • Manage and coordinate on-ground corporate activities for the organization including getting data from other centers to support activities.
    • Maintain a healthy funnel of opportunities to be closed month on month - HMOs, Private Hospitals/companies, Public Hospitals, and Diagnostics Centers etc.
    • Own the forecast process including funnel maintenance of the channel within the region.
    • Develop strategies to increase patronage and position Echolab as a Diagnostic Center of choice.
    • Work closely with the Head of Commercial, Heads of sales and the Clinical team to support value-adding programs and initiatives.
    • Provide input for the corporate business planning exercise: market trends, competitor behavior, potential projects, and other relevant business information of the Healthcare Diagnostics Industry.
    • Develop and maintain up-to-date market intelligence on available/potential opportunities, competition, threats within the region and report same promptly.
    • Maintain a healthy database of accounts and ensure optimal relationship management of key clients for the business.

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 5-7 years work experience.

    Medical Typist

    Job Description

    • Transcribe all medical results in the form of doctor’s notes or dictation.
    • Communicate with doctors to confirm completion of medical certification.
    • Attends to email correspondence.
    • Maintain patient’s information and medical files with confidentiality
    • Function as a Front Desk Officer when need arises.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc Degree in Health Sciences or related field.
    • Minimum of One year experience in similar role.
    • Exceptional written communication skills and knowledge of medical record formats
    • Time management
    • Excellent communication skills
    • In-depth knowledge of medical terminology and jargon, as well as editing practice.
    • Keen attention to detail in order not to compromise patient care.
    • Ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
