QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years' warehouse experience in FMCG. •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles (FIFO/FEFO).
- Experience relevant ERP platforms. Good understanding of warehouse operations
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and Coordinate daily warehouse
- operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate recording of all stock movements within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations, investigating and resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Plan and coordinate the timely dispatch of products to meet customer service and distribution requirements.
- Maintain accurate warehouse documentation, including goods receipts, stock transfers, returns, and dispatch records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, quality requirements, and warehouse operating procedures.
- Track inbound and outbound inventory to minimize stock losses, damages, and variances. Support the implementation of inventory control and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain and Sales teams to ensure seamless material flow, timely order fulfillment, and optimal stock availability.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming materials and finished goods in the Warehouse Management System (WMS). Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting routine stock counts, reconciliations, and timely resolution of stock discrepancies.
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and organization of materials in accordance with warehouse procedures and inventory management standards.
- Prepare, pick, and issue materials accurately while supporting the timely dispatch of goods to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all stock items are properly labeled, identified, and easily traceable within the warehouse.
- Update inventory transactions in real time and maintain accurate warehouse records, documentation, and filing systems.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly escalate shortages, damages, variances, or inventory-related concerns.
- Support daily warehouse operations by ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare regular inventory and stock movement reports to support operational planning and decision-making.
